The Kentucky Music Teachers Association (KMTA) would like to propose the attached documents as revisions to the current constitution and bylaws.  They will vote to accept these revisions during the annual business meeting at the 2015 KMTA State Conference in October, and if accepted, they will go into effect at the 2016 conference.  As GLMTA strives to be in line with KMTA and MTNA, please review these revisions in consideration of our own bylaws.
